- 96-04 Ford Mustang O2 Sensor Open Loop Controller - Designed for 1996-2004 Mustangs. Mil Eliminator 96/04 4.6L. GT/Cobra with Off-Road Exhaust. MIL Eliminators allow exhaust system modifications (High Flow Cats, No Cats, Long Tube Headers, and/or off-road H-Pipes) without tripping a "Check Engine Light" by simulating the Oxygen (O2) sensor signal to the computer. In some cases, you may need to trim the tabs on the connector, but generally it snaps right into place.
